Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Trinity AI (“Company”) and users regarding the Bloomdex plant collection platform service (“Service”).

Article 2 (Definitions)

• “Service” refers to the Bloomdex web application and all associated features (daily missions, plant collection, badges, shop).
• “User” refers to members and non-member guests accessing the service in accordance with these terms.

Article 3 (Effect and Modification)

The company posts these terms on the service screen. The company may amend these terms to the extent permitted by law, with prior notice 7 days before enforcement (30 days for unfavorable changes).

Article 4 (Guaranteed Deterministic Rewards)

Bloomdex does not sell randomized gacha items or loot boxes. All paid products feature guaranteed disclosures prior to checkout.

Article 5 (Governing Law)

Disputes arising from the service shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
