This Service Policy supplements the Terms of Service to outline detailed activity rules and fair use principles within Bloomdex.

1. Guaranteed Rewards Principle (No-Gacha)

Bloomdex never sells randomized gacha items or loot boxes. All paid products such as Expedition Packs and cosmetics feature clearly disclosed guaranteed items prior to checkout, ensuring that actual received contents match exact expectations. Decorative holograms (“Legendary” badges) are visual aesthetics only and do not represent randomized drop rates.

2. Daily Mission & Fair Use

Daily missions (Discover → Guess → Learn → Bloom → Collect → Share) must not be automated using macros, bots, or malicious scripts. In case of abnormal exploitation, Bloomdex reserves the right to reset collection logs, badges, streaks, or restrict account access.

3. Accuracy Notice for Botanical Data

Botanical data provided by Bloomdex (origin, habitat traits, etc.) is intended purely for educational and entertainment purposes and should never be used as medical, pharmacological, or foraging advice.

4. Community & Content Sharing Rules

When posting content using sharing features, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Defamatory or slanderous material harming others
• Obscene, violent, or illegal content
• Spam advertising or repetitive automated flooding
• Intellectual property infringement
